Hi,

You only need to pay Seller Stamp Duty when you sell off your property within 3-4 years, depending on the date of purchase.

SSD is tiered, you will pay more (12%) if you sold the property within the first year of purchase, as compared when you sold during the third year (4% or 8%) of purchase.

If you had held all 3 properties for more than 4 years, SSD is not applicable.
