Hi. I was at Grandeur Park yesterday and made the option to purchase a unit. I have placed a 5% check. But OTP not signed yet as my agents are still preparing for me.

If I back out now, need to pay penalty?

Hi, there will be no penalty as long as the OTP has not been signed.
