Dear investor,

As with most older projects, we are always looking forward to prospective enbloc, nevertheless with the ongoing weak sentiments, developers have seemed to slow down the enbloc activities, with land sales price also lower than before, therefore this purchase should only make sense to an investor if you have spare cash and the projected rental returns are attractive enough to lock your cash in there while waiting out for the enbloc. Perhaps it may make more sense to invest in overseas projects which gives you guaranteed rental returns and proper exit plans to liquidate your asset. Let's discuss further if you are keen.
