Hi, i have questions on payment schedule if i buy a condo.
Let assume i sign a OTP on 1st, i have to pay another 4% of purchase price within 14 days. (14th or 15th)
My questions is :
(1) when to pay stamp duty & legal fee ? Same day when i pay the 4%, i.e within 14 days ? Or other day ?
(2)If i loan 70% from the bank, when to pay the remaining 25% ? Let say if my CPF is sufficient to pay for 15%, i also need to pay another 10% in cash. When to pay this 10% in cash ? Can someone advice ? Thanks.
