Hi, I have a question about executive condominium eligibility. My partner is a Singaporean Citizen and I am a Singapore PR and we are planning to apply for the fiance/fiancee eligibility scheme. My fiancee who is currently working and based in Singapore has a gross monthly income of below $12k under the income ceiling cap. However, I am a Singaporean PR working and living overseas. When applying for eligibility will they look at both our gross monthly income from both overseas and domestic sources? I could not find any sources from the HDB website.

Hi there, it would be best to engage a banker to do up a in principal approval for your loan before you proceed with the EC. this service is free of charge and they would be in a better position to advice you on your loan assessment. kindly drop me a call or e mail for a more detailed discussion on the requirements and regulations on the grants and timeline for an EC application.
