Hi,

If you have taken grant for your HDB, for Sol Acres EC purchase, you will be considered 2nd timer. A 5% booking fee is required upon booking, and 15% cpf and approx 3% stamp duties required within 8 weeks. The balance 80% can be funded by loan if you qualify for the amount.
