Hi, I had already purchased a condo using my auntie's name, although financing is purely by me & my spouse (ie "we"). Now, we would like to enter into a joint tenancy agreement with right of survivorship (and not as tenants in common) with my auntie, is that possible? Also
a) what kind of legal costs are payable? (eg stamp duty? how much?)
b) can we just hold 1% of the property if that helps to lower the legal costs?
