Hi Dennis, if your income is slightly more than 10k by just a few hundred dollars more, then the likelihood of an appeal would be a success. But in your case, it will be quite difficult to be granted approval as you have cross the capped by more than 1k.

Good afternoon EC buyer,

You will have to submit relevant income documents to HDB for eligibility assessment to purchase a new EC. If you are a salaried employee, you will have to submit past 3 months pay slips.

I am not sure how are you going to make adjustment to your salary but if your combined income is going to exceed, you will definitely have to appeal.
