Hi, I am SPR intend to buy condo with financial condition of 100K cash & 90K in CPF OA. I can afford to pay monthly installment up to 2K. Kindly advise the condos that I can purchase. I have no issues with location.

With your finances on hand, you should be able to afford up to $680k property.

But can you share with me more on your requirements so I can advise you further?

1) resale or new launch?
2) number of bedrooms?
3) minimum size of the unit?
4) others etc

Can I have ask my banker to advise you on your in principle approval at the same time?
