Hi,

There's also the 5% ABSD to factor in, hence the funds you have mentioned will be insufficient for downpayment and stamp duties. You may wish to save a while more. Thanks and hope to assist further.

Hi,
Base on the 5.3K fixed salary without serving any other loan, the estimated loan amount is around 600K. Together with your CPF and cash, the estimated max purchase is around 600K. The shortage will be the stamp duty, ABSD and legal fee.
