Hi,
I am residing in a resale currently and would like to know the procedures and eligility to purchase an EC.

I'll need to wait for 2 more years before my MOP is up, meantime I would like to know how can I purchase an EC. Should I register for my interest in the showroom now? Can I purchase an EC when I'm still holding onto my current flat, as I can only sell it 2 years later? What happends if I pay for the deposit of an EC now and am unable to sell it within 6 months upon TOP? How can I make payment for the EC?

Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,

You need to wait for your MOP to be up before you can book any EC unit or purchase a 2nd residential property. Btw, did you take grants/hdb loan for your resale property? If not, you may eligible to book some ECs. Thanks and hope to have more details & discuss further.
