Hi,
I am looking to buy a condo for investment. Normally the higher floor it is, the more it cost.
1. I noted 4th floor is priced higher than 14th in a new launch I visited recently. I'm little puzzled.
2. For rental purpose, should I be very concern with a lower floor?
