Hi I am employment pass holder with annual income of 43000 and I have up to SGD 700,000 in cash. I want to buy 3 bedrooms condos around boonlay or lakeside area for investment. Any requirements or steps I can follow ?

You should have pretty decent prospects of landing an investment property, subjected to your eligibility for loan. Do take note that Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty is applicable for your purchase as a foreigner. If you wish to work out your sums to have a better understanding financially, let me get something worked out for you before we proceed further?

Hi, yes there are a number of projects at Boon Lay and Lakeside area for you to consider. And may I suggest that you get in touch with a banker first and the rest would be simpler. Do also note that for a foreigner purchasing a private property, the stamp duty payable is at 18%. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any banker's contact or any other assistance.
