Nothing is certain except death and taxes :). Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid paying ABSD unless you convert to a Singaporean.
There are many buyers today who are paying ABSD just to purchase another property. Please feel free to contact me so that I can share with you more on their rationale and logic.
