Hi, I am a 30-yr old male. My gf and I are pondering whether to get a BTO flat, from resale mkt or basic range condo. Also, what is the fastest way to meet our financial goals using property as an investment like renting it out? BTO seems too long to fetch our goal. We have a combined income of 60-70K per annum only and current cpf monies is $90K. If you have any suggestion, pls let me know. Thank you
