You are eligible to purchase a condo under your name and the main requirements is to ensure that you have the financial means to support the purchase. If a mortgage loan is required, your income level must be sufficient to support the amount of loan required. The maximum amount of loan you are able to take up is at 75% of the home purchase value or price whichever is lower. Do take note that you have other miscellaneous costs like stamp duty, legal fees and etc for a property purchase.

The age requirement will be 21 years and above thus you will be able to purchase a condo in your name.

But next step will be more critical, financing the purchase of condo. If this is under your own name then loan can only take under your own name and will depend on your income.

In addition, there will be certain amount which must pay in cash thus you need to ensure you have sufficient cash.

The legal age to own a private property is 21. Hence, you're already of legal age, and able to purchase a condo.

Do take note that the maximum LTV now is 75%, which means you will need to set aside 25% of the purchase price as downpayment. You will also need to set aside some funds for stamp duty as well.
