What kind of transaction are you referring to?

HDB? BTO or resale?

Private? New launch or resale?

Normally for BTO or new launch, it will be the TOP date whereas, resale HDB or private, you can refer to the 2nd appointment date (HDB) or completion date (private).

The transaction period might range from 3 months to 5 or 6 years, depending on what type of unit you are getting. For BUC projects, the waiting period will be longer. As for resale private and HDB property, waiting period will range from 6 weeks to 8 weeks after first appointment.
