Hi guys, we are currently staying EA flat @ CCK for 8 years and intend to upgrade to condo somewhere around Woodland area. Can you guys advise me which condo is good and how much do we need to put a side for maintenance and misc. fees. Cheers

Hi Azhar,..im dealing with condo's in woodlands as i myself stays in Woodlands..,..good choice,..prices ranging from 520k-600k,..I would recommend Woodsvale,..but what i can do is to bring u to view 1 unit first at each Condo,from there u can differentiate the various condo available,..hope to hear from you soon.thanks.
