Hi Liew,

Yes you may wish to consider Brownstone or Terrace EC. There is no such clause, its a willing buyer willing seller market, just like the same thing when you buy resale properties. But based on past EC sales, there isn't much decrease in prices at all after launch. For all possible current & future EC sales launch and available starbuys, and EC government land tenders, I have compiled a full list and will be glad to share with you.

1. May I know is there any preferred locations that you are looking at so that I can better advise you.

2. For EC developer, the units price range is quite narrow and fairly competitive. It is quite unlikely that there will be a major adjustment in prices in view of the current market sentiments. For private condos, the probability of adjustment for prices is higher.
