Congratulations to your impending marriage.

Since you dont have any housing loan at the moment, you will able to loan up to 80% (still subject to TDSR, your income, age, debts etc).

Can I get my bankers to contact you to advise you more on your in principle approval and their loan packages?

But do take note that even though foreigners are subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty for their property purchase in Singapore but since you will be getting married to a Singaporean, you wont have to pay this 15% ABSD as IRAS will treat this property purchase as your matrimonial house.
