Hi gurus,

If I buy a resale condo TOP in 1998, can I use ALL my CPF OA to pay for the downpayment? or there must be certain amount of leftover in OA?

If its your 1st residential purchase and you are below 55 years old, yes you can use your OA fully. Thanks and may I have your requirements further so to assist?
