After settling into your 3room HDB, you can then start to sell your 4room HDB. Will recommend that you sell your HDB first as you planning for retirement. Smaller portion first then private condo when you uilitize the HDB fund. In sequences, not buik sale of all property in one shot. Pls remember of the annual inflation.

It is always recommended to cash out your hdb instead as profit margin for hdb are usually lower, unless you are the first owner. If your condo is situated in a good location, I will strongly advise u to keep it.
