Asked by Very keen buyer
Hi gurus, I checked the URA caveats and I don't think there are many sales concluded over the past 2 months. Yet the number of sellers have seemingly increased dramatically. Does this indicate an oversupply of condos? Or are the sellers too greedy but can't find realistic offers? I'm keen to get a 2br+study in the Caspian at 650k (which I think is a realistic price) but it seems that despite the oversupply, sellers aren't willing to let go. Do I play a waiting game till the property bubble bursts? Thanks for helping me.
