Hello Seow Boon,

you are only eligible to buy the condo if you have met the minimum occupational period for your HDB flat. Once that first step is cleared, you can buy a condo and rent both your properties. But you must also ensure that you set aside a minimum of $58k of cpf savings in your OA before buying your 2nd property.
