hi, few questions
I'm 22 yrs, I'm interested in purchasing a condo, but having in mind i don't have much in cash.

If i purchase the condo for investment , how much do i need extra

any additional cost in purchasing the condo?
I know of one incident where a family friend had to pay additional $800 plus for some reason.

Hi,

You need at least 23% of the purchase price (cash+cpf) to fund the downpayment+stamp duties. Are you planning with that in mind? Thanks and let's discuss further.
