Hi, could you give me advice what are my rights as a tenant: landlord does not return one months security deposit for 3 months (still keeping 2 months although agreed now only 1 month) plus is not responding to repair faulty items for 4 months. Do I have any right to end the tenancy agreement? Thanks for your answer. Susan
