Basic Stamp Duty and Additional Buyer Stamp Duty are payable within 14 days from the exercise of an option for both new condos and resale condos. Both are payable by CPF but usually, ABSD will need to be paid using cash first and subsequently reimbursed using CPF if you have sufficient CPF.
