Hi, can someone advise me on the condo maintenance fee in Singapore?

Hi
There is no one maintenance fee applicable to all condominium. Some may pay a $1000 a month while others may be $400 or $300.
Within the same condominium, some may pay more or less depending on the share value.

1) Maintenance fees varies according to area and size of the condo.
2) Smaller condo such as those with less than 100 units in the premise usually have higher maintenance fee if it has full condo facilities.
3) Average of $300 and above is expected.
4) Some exclusive and located in Core Central Region condo are collecting over $10,000/mth.
5) Maintenance fees make up of 2 parts; basic and sinking fund.
6) Sinking fund usually come in when the condo recevied CSC from BCA. This is a fund for major facilities repair or replacement.
