Hi,

You need to add in your name to the ownership of the property to be able to use your CPF to service. Thanks and hope it clarifies, may I know what are your objectives?

    It will be impossible to add my name in the condo since i m still within the hdb mop?

    My bto will be ready soon and i know that i cannot get a condo if i have not fulfil the mop. But i m just thinking if i want to get a condo under my parents name in either 2015 or 2016 (since they have fully paid for their flat), how much i would need to set aside in cash. Thot that i could use cpf to finance it even though under my dads name.
