Hi An agent mentioned that I will only get the floor plan in scale after I made the booking. Why is it so unfair to our buyer? Why Shouldn't let the developer to release the actual floor plan in scale & the pricing altogether in order for buyer consideration ? If not i would blindly buying or guess how many the sqft that we have. Pls advice any government approved website to check the actual floor area we have for condo buying.

That isn't normally the case, it really depends who you are working with for your intended purchase to a certain extent.
May I ask which development you are looking at? I would be able to furnish you the floor plan, exact pricing with discount and unit details with ease as I deal actively and mostly with private properties. And in midst, I could also understand what exactly you are looking out for and propose the better units to enhance the 'own stay cum investment' objectives. Furthermore, there is no agent fees involved so you can a whole better insights, your requested info and even more tools (recent sales report, price caveats of recent transactions etc) and consultation at NO cost! Definitely a good strategy to work alongside with a professional to get you around , in leveraging this weak market and that too at no fees.

Most project launch in SG are required to provide the site plan, layout and unit floor plan for the buyer's reference. It would be good for you to seek second opinion before proceeding with your current salesperson.

Hi, I believe you are referring to project. And for your situation, it is a rather rare case. I suggest that you could bypass this agent and get in touch with another developer sales agent then. I could also assist you further too by searching the required floorplan of the unit that you wish for. And could I know which project that you referring to?
