Congrats on your decision to enter into an EC purchase. I have to say, indeed you have made a wise decision. The next step is really to just source for an unit.

There are still some around but stocks are running pretty low especially for the 2 bedders. What I can suggest is that we can probably meet up for a chat and I can get to understand your requirements better. Although you mentioned you're quite flexible with location but just not Punggol, I still feel we need to sit down and chat about it. Then I can take the opportunity to go through with you what are the pros and cons of the different locations. I can also help to do a financial calculation for you.
