Hi Agents,

I am newly married and planning to look around for a private property that cost max $500k that is located around the East side. The reason why we are not planning to get a HDB is due to us owning cats, and we are aware that HDB does not allow us to keep cats as pets.

Combined salary is $5k, combined cpf is $38k at the moment. Currently we are planning to get a bank loan to pay the outstanding balance.

Looking for a private apartment that is available now, am willing to wait till next year for the completion. Fyi, not interested in condos build within the red light district.

With a price range of 500k, it may be challenging and options could be limited in the east. There's some going around 550k, new launch, would you be keen? Thanks and hope to discuss further.
