Asked by
Hello, We will shortly be relocating to Singapore and we're looking for a suitable condo. We are a family of 3 who require a minimum of 3 bedrooms. Out budget is up to 11,000 per month. Some of our must haves are: Easy access to the MRT (less than 10 min walk essential) Balcony. Nice pool / gym / bbq area etc
Location - daughter will likely be at Dulwich. Wife will commute to Downtown or Marina Bay MRT. Access to supermarket and hawker centre would be good.
Min 2,000sqm
Open plan kitchen as we won't be getting a maid.
We have trawled the listings but I would be interested to hear any suggestions.

Thanks.
Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your query!
I have well taken note of your requirements and rental budget. With that rent in mind, you have a plethora of options. Perhaps you could get in touch with me directly via email or +6596659926  and I can shortlist a customised list of units for your perusal. From arranging viewings of units in line with your requirements , to negotiation, paperwork and handling your rent tenure issues , I will be there. Having an agent will save you precious time as you relocate as everything is taken care of and you simply need to turn up for viewings and assess the desirability of the unit, leaving the rest to me. I have assisted many client with their relocation (testimonials on website) and would be glad to expedite this process for you at ease. Do take note that there is NO fees, and all will be handled by me, as landlord bears cost. Thank you!

Hi, with your budget, you could even go for landed property that is much more spacious. And I could tie you up with Far East developer as they have a number of landed properties for rental too.

Hi Andrew,

As Dulwich and Marina Bay is quite a fair bit of distance apart, what will be the main priority for you in the considerations? Based on your rental allowance allocated, I believe there isn't any lack of suitable units.

Tenants can visit http://bit.ly/SGExpatRental (Official Rental Requirements - Singapore Expatriates) to indicate your rental requirements.

Hi Andrew,
Welcome to Singapore! There are many choices in the market with the given budet of yours but only a few may be suitable based on your requirements.
Perhaps it’s easier to discuss further and explore the different type of housing available offline.
Feel free to contact me if you have more queries.
Thanks!

Hi Andrew.

With your rental budget, location should not be a problem. Much really depending on your arrangement for your daughter if she is a teen maybe you would like someplace more central. If she is too young , maybe closer to the west for fetching and dropping off.

Another consideration you might add, is if you are staying long term more than 5 years, might be more beneficial to buy than to rent.

Can't really recommend without understanding your housing arrangements and needs.

Best Regards,

Shawn
