Hello,
My son plans to come for two years at the ESSEC Business School (from sept2022 to mid-2024). We're searching a condominium in co renting. The school is located in Nepal Park. Could you propose us a solution? We understand the process of having contact with an agent. Could you give us a sample of the cost of the commission for this kind of service?

For rental of property in Singapore, the upfront costs typically includes but not limited to:

1) Deposit (1 month rent as deposit for every 1 year lease)
2) 1 month advance rental
3) Stamp fees

Additional costs can include utilities. For coliving apartments, the utilities and internet charges are usually built into the monthly rent.
