How big is the land area in Parc Vista and Parc Oasis? With >500 units in each of the projects, is there enough space to move around freely? In the street maps, the land area looks big but when I drive past these condos, it looks small from the outside.

Also, what is the going price $psf for these 2 projects in the current market? Since this is 99-LH project, can the projects go enbloc? I'm looking for rentals and so want to stay away from potential enbloc projects.
