Hi Ms. Lee,

Typical 3bedroom EC is ranged around 750-900k, depending on location, unit size, floor and facing. To be eligible, you need to have at least 1 citizen applying with a family nucleus, and monthly household income cannot exceed 14k. You must also not have sold a private property.

Typical EC financial breakdown :
Cash 5%
CPF 15%
Max bank loan 80%
Stamp duties and legal 3% approx

Repayment amount depends on loan tenure, interest rate etc. Say for 600k loan, 2.5% of 30 years, it will be about 2.4k/month. you can use your CPF OA to finance the monthly repayments.
