I have worked on divorce cases before. The apportionment will depend on the court order arrangements pertaining to the property. Also, the loan needs to be cleared first using sale price.

Have you obtain the final judgement (court order)? If not how about interim judgement?

Cost for seller will usually be:

1) legal fees
2) agent's commission (at least 2% of sale price plus gst)

The spilt of sales proceeds will be as per court order.

Sales proceeds = sale price - outstanding loan (id any) - cpf utilised plus accrued interest (both)

Hope my sharing aids in clearing your doubts.
