Dear Sirs,
I understand that there will be an enbloc seminar. Can it take this as a real example (case study) for Orchid Park Condominium which is already 15 years old is ripe for redevelopment. It will bring good money to developer and residents of the estates (when they are convinced to sell). There is a possibility to obtain a higher plot ratio for this large piece of land of 460,000 sq ft.
