May i know how you view this property below:

Freehold Emily Residences.
Currently Tenanted to Trader who trades at night
so difficult to arrange viewings.

Asking 938k. 687sf , one bder. One storey below pent house unit.
Boutique Development. Bank Value $850k. Owner looking at 860-70k above.
4.48percent yield. Tenanted till April 2011.

Sell with Fixtures and Fittings.

Hello April,

a few factors you have to take note of : rental amount of unit and lease expiry. If the lease has just been renewed(2 yrs) and you can STILL achieve a yield of 4.48%, then it's a decent buy. As with every kind of investment, property included, there are risks involved. It would be prudent to acquaint yourself with these risks before committing.
