Dear gurus,

Currently I have a 3 rm HDB flat in Bishan. As I took the HDB grant of $30k, I could only sell it earliest 1 Aug. On the other hand, my husband and I are keen to purchase a condo for investment. We would like to ask:

Upon selling our flat (bank loan), can we get condo for investment first, followed by getting a HDB flat (pref EM or 5 rm flat). Can we still apply for HDB bank loan after purchasin the condo for investment?
