Dear Gurus,

Can I check with you on the following:

1) What are the main differences between the property price indices? (URA vs SRX vs Singstat etc). Which index is the one commonly being used?

2) If a plot of land is zoned for residential purpose, is it "a matter of time" for the land to be available for sale through GLS? Or it can be a case despite being zoned for residential use, the land will not be released especially given the government is limiting GLS in the pipeline.

1) not too much.. just that the timing of the "refresh rate"
2) yes correct. and yes, only Govt will know at the end of the day...
