What do you mean by bummed out?

Btw you are eligible to purchase under fiancé/ fiancée scheme. If you never take any housing grant, you just need to produce your marriage certificate within 3 months from taking possession of the unit. If you do take any housing grant, you have to produce it before taking possession.

Hi,

If you are referring to EC/DBSS units that are close to TOP or have TOP, if you are taking grant, the official policy is that you have to produce ROM cert within 3 months before key collection. If you are not taking grant, within 3 months after key collection is possible.

Of course you may try to appeal, but some form of supporting documents will be required. I will be glad to assist with your appeal. May I know which project are you considering at the moment? Thanks and hope to discuss and value-add further.
