Hi, the proper size will be documented in the contract upon your signing and most of the time, what you see will be what you are getting and it will not really deviate much from it. I brought a number of buyers to The Glades recently and maybe I could share with you more on the pros and cons of the particular project? Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Anyway, if the layout is indeed what you are looking for, verify the layout against the layout plan available for the unit and it should be what you will be getting, less the ID works and feel the showflat can give you.
