Dear Experts,
I have recently come across one new development. There is a ground floor unit with attached jaccuzi pool.The area is near Still road/East coast. I have 2 questions:-
1. how is rental market for such unit?
2. How much is it usually for the jaccuzi maintenance?
I like the ground b'cos there is large Patio for kids to run around, (but of cos we pay premium for that area) then again, we would have paid mthly maintenance just like anyone else for hte common pool, why should I spend more $$ on the private pool, so it's quite a dilemma. Wld appreciate views pls.
