You will be able to afford a property thats around $522k with finances of around $120k if you are a Singaporean and this is your first property.

With your $2.9k income, you should be able to loan up to $616k if you dont have any debts like car loan or credit cards and you are below 35 years old.

Even though so, you are still restricted by your finances on hand. It will be very tough to source for a 1 bedder that is freehold.
