They are not easy to compare as they definitely appeal to different buyers or tenants. What is the price range you are considering for the investment to begin with? Why only shortlist these 2 projects since the location span is huge.

If I can understand where you are coming from, I can probably provide a better analysis for you that is applicable.

Hi,

These 2 developments are not entirely similar. In terms of investment, each has its own pool of potential tenants.

However, Commonwealth Towers has been fully sold out. If you go for a sub-sale unit, the chances of you over-paying is high. Unless you are lucky enough to find a Seller who's willing to pay Seller Stamp Duty and make a loss on his initial investment.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
