Hi,

If your income ceiling exceeds 12K, you can appeal but chances are rather slim. Yes, if you purchase new EC you have to sell your HDB, within 6 months of EC key collection.

Will you consider Private Condos? There are more options available in terms of locations and good schools. Thanks and may I understand your housing requirements further before value-adding further?

Hi, if your household income ceiling hit by just $200 or less, then still a high chance of approval as I have a case of buyer whose EC application was granted after appeal.
