Under URA rules and regulation for private property minimum rental period is 3 months (12 weeks).
Under HDB rules and regulation for HDB flats minimum rental period is 6 months (24 weeks).
On top of the minimum rental period, you also have to fulfilled the eligibility to rent a place in Singapore.
Your choices of renting for shorter period are hotels, motels, or service apartments which hold licence to allow short period rental.
