Can I buy dual key ec? Do I need to meet the criteria?Any available?when top?

Hi,
Yes there are some dual-key ECs available, however you need to include your spouse + parents in the purchase, or alternatively, you need to apply with your married children. ie. 2 generations family nucleus. Only such applications can purchase dual key EC from developer.
May I know if you are eligible for this requirement? Thanks and hope to understand your housing plans further and value-add.
