Yes, it is possible to own private condo in Singapore using a company name, however, financing options will be restricted as the maximum loan is usually 20% and you will be looking at paying the full Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty for the condo purchase. You are also allowed to purchase overseas property, subjected to the regulations by the respective local government.
